Family, friends, Romans, countrymen, say hello to the freshly made mlauritano.com! With the patience and persistence of human computer Matthew Richmond (of The Chopping Block, Inc) and the magic of Squarespace, I have finally pulled myself together and created an easily update-able website. As you may or may not have already discovered, my HOME page will show a frequently changing collection of my best and newest works, while multiple-image narratives can be found in the SERIES tab. For those that enjoy my ramblings, I finally have an integrated blog, here, on the NEWS page. All content should easily adapt to the viewing device of your choice and liking, sharing, and pinning these entries should be easier than ever before!
What's next? I am currently compiling and adding finishing touches to one of my favorite school projects of the past year: a collection of location drawings and interviews from 24 separate 24 hour diners in New York City. Illustrations, sound bites, and more will be coming soon to a tumblr near you...
Also in the works is a web store, right here at mlauritano.com. By this fall, I hope to have some sort of a grand opening with exciting deals on prints, cards, and more. The upcoming year will bring a lot of new content, so come back soon!
